We have been installing 3-tab composition roof shingles since 1977. Each roof receives prepainted metal flashing, which is available in several colors, and installation of new pipe and chimney flashing. Our process can also include removing existing roofs, removing and replacing roof sheeting, and installing new felt vapor barriers and roof vents. Algae-resistant roof shingles are also available. We take every precaution to protect your home and property. While most manufacturers offer a 20 to 40 year warranty, Pabco offers a 20 to 40 year transferrable warranty.
